Before You Book

Hosts usually book party places (bowling, trampoline parks, escape rooms) 2–6 weeks ahead (longer for weekend birthday slots). Ask:

• What does the party package include (time, activity, room, food, host)?
• How many guests are included, and what does each extra guest cost?
• Are waivers required, and can parents sign online before the day?
• Can we bring our own cake, decorations or food?
• How long do we have the private room versus the activity?

Booking Tips

• Weekend morning slots go first; book early for Saturday birthdays.
• Ask whether the price includes tax and a gratuity for the party host.
• Send waiver links with the invitation so check-in is quick.
